GIO FABRICS CURRENTLY SHIPS TO

1. Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.
2. Singapore

We ship orders via our dedicated courier from City-Link and Pos Laju.

  • All prices on our website does not include shipping. Shipping cost will automatically be added during checkout.
  • We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at the moment.
  • We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.
  • We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as payment has been made.
  • All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

- Typically Malaysia deliveries are made within ± 3 - 7 working days (estimated).
- Shipping from Malaysia to Singapore takes around ± 9 working days (estimated).

CLEARANCE ITEMS POLICY
All Sale & Clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final once purchase has been made.

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
1. No exchange and return for wrong sizes, colours & materials made by the customer. All sales are final.
2. Please read and understand the product information carefully before making a purchase. This website contains fabric products which are sold in meters, pairs, mix & match ready to wear of different materials, sizes, colours and quantities. There is no refund and exchange due in the event of a customer error. All sales are final.

3. If the items are damaged, please inform us by Whatsapp or E-mail first for a refund or exchange . Then you can return your purchase for up to 5 days from the date of purchase. All return items must be returned in ( Unworn, Unaltered, Unwashed, Unironed condition with all tags attached ). You are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 5 days.

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
